Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc.

Cora Group acquired Data Basics in a private transaction. The terms were not disclosed. Investment banker representation was provided to Data Basics by the Dallas office of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide, led by Dan Vermeire.
