CFAW Advises CybersecuritySolutions Provider Future Com in its Acquisition by ePlus, Inc.

Dallas, TX - July 18, 2022 - Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide (CFAW), a leading international investment banking firm, announced it has advised cybersecurity solutions provider Future Com on its acquisition by ePlus, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUS), a leading technology solutions provider. The successful acquisition provides ePlus with access to enhanced engineering, sales and services delivery capabilities in the South-Central US region, as well as bolstering the skills and expertise surrounding ePlus' growing cybersecurity practice.

Headquartered in Grapevine, Texas, Future Com is an established cybersecurity provider, offering hardware, software, support, and consulting services to top enterprises, small and medium businesses, and healthcare, government and educational entities.

Transaction Information

The acquisition of certain assets and liabilities of Future Com closed on July 16, 2022. The terms were not disclosed. Investment banker representation was provided to Future Com by the Dallas office of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide, led by Dan Vermeire and John Holland.
