Michael Dirkes has more than 25 years of consulting and transaction experience, specifically in mergers, acquisitions and corporate succession for medium-sized companies. After studying political science, economics and law at the universities of Bonn and Darmstadt, Michael Dirkes began his international career in strategy consulting. As a member of the Executive Board, he was responsible for the Manufacturing Industries / Automotive segment in two leading consulting companies.
Michael's range of projects, experiences and competencies extends from transformation and turnaround projects to strategy development and implementation to pre- and post-merger projects. In addition, he has successfully served as an interim manager during turnaround phases and acted as CEO / CRO of the companies in his charge. He specializes in leadership in critical, challenging situations where here he combines his civilian know-how with his military experience as Colonel DR.
