Graduated in Economics from the University of Parma, he has over 20 years of experience in managing M&A transactions with focus on the Mid Market, assisting both family-owned companies and industrial groups operating in different sectors (Fashion, Business Services, IT). He began his career at Cross Border, an independent financial advisory firm, part of Global M&A, a leading international network of independent M&A boutiques. Later, he worked at Arkios Italy as Transaction Manager also participating in an IPO transaction in Euronext Growth Milan. In 2021, he founded together with other partners the investment holding company Mazal Capital, which invests in SMEs with high development potential and solid fundamentals, to support them in a growth process with a medium- to long-term time horizon.
