Harald has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and strategic management with successful implementation of growth programs through M&A, start-up, partnerships, investment and divestment projects, and experience in business transformation through business restructuring, turnarounds, integration and cost improvement projects.
As a former CEO and CFO of two large, multi-national companies, Harald is experienced with all stages of the organizational life cycle, mainly in the logistics, transportation and aviation industries.
