Dr. Evaldo Silva, a partner at CFAW São Paulo , is a Lawyer (1987) and State Prosecutor (1991). He began his career at the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo (1981) and served as a City Councilor in São Paulo (1993/95). He holds a postgraduate degree in Agribusiness from ESALQ-USP (2022/23). He is a Professor, as well as an entrepreneur in the Real Estate Business, Hotel, and F&B sectors, in partnership with Accor, Westin, Choice, Intercontinental, Wyndham Meliá, Bourbon, and others. He is a member of various boards of administration, auditing, deliberation, and advisory committees of companies and the third sector.
As a founding partner of Evaldo Silva Advogados Associados, a law firm with over 35 years of experience and a strong structure with offices in São Paulo, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, and Recife, Dr. Evaldo leads a team of experienced and specialized legal professionals who work with the largest and most relevant companies in Brazil, investment banks, major funds, private equity, and pension funds. However, Evaldo Silva dedicates part of his time and attention to medium-sized family businesses, prioritizing relationships, respect, and friendship, many of which have been built over many years.
