Carl Chadwick founded Sunaxis Corporate Finance in 2008 following a successful career which began at Boots plc, followed by roles at Price Waterhouse, PKF and Grant Thornton, where he was a Partner with responsibilities for flotations, AIM listings and corporate finance work, particularly around Nottingham and Sheffield. Carl has completed many shareholder and corporate reorganisations and raised capital for the development of clients' businesses. He has led all forms of corporate transactional activity and has played a key role in numerous company and business mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
His expertise is in several sectors, including Engineering, General Manufacturing and Franchising businesses. Carl became Grant Thornton's specialist partner handling the food industry sector on a UK wide basis from primary food processing companies through to food manufacturing and the retail and wholesale supply chain.
