Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, having worked for bulge bracket banks (e.g. UBS and Cazenove) and boutique investment banks in the UK and Germany. He advises on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, public takeovers and capital raising across a range of sectors, including industrials, packaging, consumer goods, technology and real estate.
He holds a
degree in business administration and was a guest lecturer at the Stockholm
School of Economics.
