firm to fill the newly created Executive
Director position at the Los Angeles headquarters. "Brian embodies the kind of drive and expertise that distinguishes CFA in the marketplace," noted Peter Heydenrych, the

As Executive Director Brian will focus on forging national and international strategic alliances that generate new M&A sell-side,
buy-side, and financing transactions for CFA. He is based at CFA's headquarters in Laguna Hills, California.
Brian's diversified professional background includes 10 years as a corporate finance investment banker (Marino Capital Partners; Hunter Wise Financial Group), 15 years as a business
attorney (General Counsel roles), and 4 years as a real estate investment banker (U.S. Realty Capital; SCI Investments). His experience is primarily in the high technology, Internet,
software, and real estate industries.
As CFA's corporate development ambassador, Brian’s mission is to increase brand awareness of CFA as a leading middle-market investment banking services firm. He is active in
leveraging CFA’s size, industry expertise and localized hands-on service model to build cross-referral relationships that increase deal flow. From a global perspective, his mandate
