Founded in 1956, CFA provides investment banking services, advising business owners throughout North America and Europe private corporations, as well as public companies engaged in M&A and corporate finance transactions involving private capital and/or assets of public entities.

creative thinking, CFAs investment banking professionals

expert valuation, analysis, and deal-making skills, as well as
